Terms of Service

PT Medi Sehat Health Care Group · Version 1.0 — effective 2026

1. Nature and Scope of Services

PT Medi Sehat Health Care Group ("Medi Sehat", "we") is a medical facilitation and coordination company. We are not a hospital, clinic, insurer, travel agency of record, or licensed medical practice, and we do not practise medicine.

Our services consist of: presenting information about overseas hospitals, medical experts and available technology; assisting with the collection, translation and submission of documents; coordinating medical visa applications; arranging logistics and travel management; and providing daily escort and translation support.

All diagnosis, treatment decisions, procedures, medication and clinical outcomes are the sole responsibility of the treating hospital and its licensed practitioners. Any hospital, physician or facility introduced by Medi Sehat is an independent third party.

2. Medical Information Disclaimer

Information provided by Medi Sehat regarding symptoms, conditions, treatments, success rates, waiting times or technology is general informational content compiled from hospital and public sources. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis or a treatment recommendation.

You must not delay, avoid or discontinue care from a qualified physician on the basis of information provided by us. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the symptoms, medical history, medication list and documents you supply. Incomplete or inaccurate information may lead to inappropriate hospital matching, visa refusal or treatment delay, for which Medi Sehat is not liable.

3. Service Limitations

Medi Sehat does not guarantee: acceptance by any hospital or physician; approval of any visa or immigration permission; availability of any specific doctor, technology, date or facility; any clinical outcome, recovery time or improvement; or approval of any insurance claim.

Visa issuance is the exclusive authority of the destination country's immigration and consular bodies. Fees paid for document processing cover our work, not a guaranteed result.

We may decline or discontinue service where a case falls outside our competence, where required documents are not provided, where conduct is abusive or unlawful, or where sanctions or legal restrictions apply.

4. Fee Structure Disclosure

Our fees are charged for facilitation services only and are separate from and additional to hospital charges, physician fees, medication, laboratory and imaging costs, insurance excesses, airfares, accommodation, visa government charges and other third-party costs.

Chargeable categories are: accompanying fee per day for the first five days (living cost included or not included); accompanying fee per day from day six onward (living cost included or not included); Coordination Fee; Medical Visa & Document Processing Fee; and Logistics & Travel Management Fee. The Daily Escort/Translation service is provided free of charge.

Applicable rates are those shown in the written quotation or invoice issued to you, in the currency stated on that invoice. Rates may be revised for future engagements; a quotation already accepted will be honoured for the engagement it covers.

Bank charges, currency conversion differences, payment gateway fees and taxes imposed by law are borne by the client unless the invoice states otherwise.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Accepted methods include Indonesian virtual bank account transfer (Xendit) and card payment where enabled.

Where treatment is intended to be covered by insurance, the client remains primarily liable to Medi Sehat for facilitation fees regardless of whether the insurer approves, delays, reduces or rejects a claim.

Services may be suspended where an invoice remains unpaid after its due date.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be submitted in writing. Refunds are assessed against work already performed and costs already committed on your behalf.

Coordination Fee: refundable in full if cancelled before case work begins; non-refundable once hospital coordination has started.

Medical Visa & Document Processing Fee: non-refundable once an application has been lodged or documents have been submitted to any authority or hospital.

Logistics & Travel Management Fee: refundable less any non-recoverable third-party costs (flights, accommodation, transfers) already committed.

Accompanying fees: cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled start incurs no charge; 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the first five days is payable; less than 72 hours before, the first five days are payable in full. Days already served are always payable.

Third-party amounts (hospital deposits, airline, hotel, government visa charges) are refundable only to the extent that the third party refunds them to us.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payer within 30 business days, net of irrecoverable transfer and gateway charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Medi Sehat's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with its services is limited to the total facilitation fees actually paid by the client to Medi Sehat for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Medi Sehat is not liable for medical negligence, misdiagnosis, complications, injury, death, hospital-acquired infection, or any act or omission of a hospital, physician, airline, hotel, insurer, immigration authority or other third party.

Medi Sehat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of income, opportunity, or non-medical expenses.

Medi Sehat is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, border closures, regulatory change and system outages.

8. Client Responsibilities and Indemnity

You agree to provide truthful and complete information, obtain your own travel and medical insurance where appropriate, comply with the laws of the destination country, and settle all third-party medical charges directly with the provider unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold Medi Sehat harmless against claims, losses and expenses arising from information you provided that was false, incomplete or misleading, or from your breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy and Medical Data

By using our services you consent to Medi Sehat collecting, storing and processing your personal and health data, and to disclosing it to prospective hospitals, physicians, insurers, embassies and immigration authorities strictly for the purpose of delivering the services you requested.

Documents are stored in restricted-access storage. Access is limited to authorised Medi Sehat staff and to you. We retain records for the period required by applicable law and legitimate business need.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice.

Failing amicable settlement, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Jakarta, Indonesia.

11. Changes to These Terms

Medi Sehat may amend these Terms. The version accepted at the time of your registration or quotation governs that engagement. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
